Quick and easy Yogurt Pops!
You will need:
- your favourite low-fat yogurt
- your favourite kinds of fruit ( I recommend bananas, strawberries and blueberries)
- a bowl
- mixing spoon
- popsicle maker-container
- popsicle sticks
Steps:
- place yogurt and fruit into bowl and mix softly.
- dump wanted amount of mixture into each opening of the popsicle container.
- place in freezer.
- when yogurt pop is half frozen, place popsicle stick in the centre of each yogurt pop.
Enjoy your low-fat healthy snack!
